Black Youngsta delivers a dark visual for Venting where we see him in what looks like a mental health clinic where he's sulking in his room drinking lean while he hasn't eaten nor gotten any rest. The music video is very thought provoking as it takes us through his torment with scenes flashing between him rapping miserably in the shower with his clothes on juxtaposed by him in the dark of the night in the streets.
He reflects on the loss of his brother and what he would give to reverse that having himself in that position instead. Blac is known for his highly conscious laments in his raps and videos, and although this particular visual may seem sad, I think the deeper message is a highlight of the kind of pain black men go through but are forced to live with or carry on as if nothing happened. I connect with this work.
